You can compete in 4v4 teams rather than randomly being placed with the public.

ONLY REGISTERED PLG players will be permitted to compete in the official Black Ops 2 Tournament. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Oman and United Arab Emirates.
